How Do I Renew My Dues for 2025?

As mentioned, there are three ways to pay your dues: by credit card, check, or cash.

Dues renewal through your new membership account, ideally.

Here are the steps to renew your dues:

Note: If you haven’t completed the 4 Steps above to access your account, please do so.

1. First, go to https://www.bmba.biz/member–account/ page where you can log in to your account.
2. Type in your Username and Password. If you forget your password, click Request a Password and put in your existing membership email. Note: The email you received this notification is your membership email. If for whatever reason this doesn’t work, please contact website support at annie@iciconnect.com
   1. You should receive a message to your email from Berks-Mont Business Association containing a one-time password. This usually arrives to your inbox within 15 second. If you don’t receive the email, check your spam/trash folder.
   2. Copy the one-time password and paste it into your login.
3. From your account info, the About tab should have your General Membership information.
4. From there you can also change your password. Please do so and set it as something you will remember or save somewhere secure.
5. Click on Renew, Upgrade, or Update Billing and fill out the payment info to complete renewal for the 2025 membership year.

How do I set my password for the first time?

1. First, follow the steps to log in to your account for the first time.
2. Once logged in, under About you should see your name, email, address, etc. In that section you should see a Password with the word CHANGE next to it. Click CHANGE.
3. Now type in your preferred password.
4. Save this password by scrolling down until you see Save & Continue. Click that button to save your password or it will not update.
5. Done!
