The rain date is Thursday June 18, 2015.

Every year the Sidewalk Expo is attended by thousands of people that come to explore the many quality organizations in our community

 

Entertainment, contests, great food and more are planned to make this an exciting fun filled day.

 

The Sidewalk Expo is a great opportunity to showcase your business.

Registration Information

Each space is 20 feet wide by 9 feet deep
  • Electricity is NOT PROVIDED 
    (Depending on your spot assignment, you might be able to negotiate with the adjacent property owner to us their electricity)
  • Tents, tables and/or chairs are not provided
  • Set up begins at 9:00 A.M.
    (Please do not start earlier)
  • If you participated last year, you might not have the same spot this year.
  • Payment must be made at the time of registration
  • A $50 refundable deposit (per space) is required for all participants
  • Deposits will be returned via mail within 14 days after the event (no exceptions)
  • Your deposit will be refunded only if you maintain your booth until 5:00 P.M. 
  • If there is evidence that you begin dismantling your booth prior to 5:00 P.M., then you FORFEIT your deposit
  • You will be notified via email the week before the event providing the exact location of your spot along the event route
  • There is a $25 late fee applied to all registrations received after May 26, 2015

IMPORTANT NOTE

We do not provide electricity, tents, tables or chairs. Depending on your spot assignment, you might be able to negotiate with the property owner adjacent to your spot to use their electricity.

 

By completing the online registration, the organization ( and all of its agents) applying for a vendor space for the 2015 Sidewalk Expo shall indemnify, defend and hold the Berks-Mont Business Association, its officers and agents harmless from any and all claims, suits, actions, damages and causes of action which the Berks-Mont Business Association may incur arising out of any personal injury, bodily injury, loss of life or damage to any property, or violation of any federal, state or local law or ordinance, or other cause resulting from the following services, operations, event or use of Berks-Mont Business Association property authorized pursuant to this special event. Additionally, your signature confirms that your organization and its agents have read and agree to the terms and conditions disclosed for this event (listed above).
